JobMoo is operated by Core Relevance (“JobMoo,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using JobMoo, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
JobMoo sends warm, curated job alerts tailored to your field and interests. We find roles through a combination of real people who curate opportunities by hand, automated tools and AI, and publicly available listings from institutional sources (such as zoos, aquariums, wildlife centers, and similar organizations). We work to keep listings fresh (reviewing them and removing ones that appear to have closed), and we are not the employer, recruiter, or hiring party for any role. Still, because listings come from third parties and can change or close at any time, we can’t guarantee that every listing is current or accurate, or that you’ll be hired. Please verify a posting with the hiring organization before applying.
You may set up JobMoo for yourself, or as a gift for someone else (for example, a parent setting up alerts for their child). The person who creates and pays for the account (“account owner”) is responsible for the account, including payment and these Terms. If you add another person’s email address as the alert recipient, you confirm you have their permission to do so. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Don’t use JobMoo to break the law, infringe others’ rights, scrape or resell our content, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, or send our emails to people who haven’t consented. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service.
Listings come from third parties and are provided “as is.” We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or the outcome of any application. Any dealings you have with an employer are solely between you and that employer.
The JobMoo name, brand, written encouragement, and the site itself belong to us. You may use the service for your personal job search but not copy, resell, or build a competing product from it.
JobMoo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in a job.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Core Relevance will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using JobMoo and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end the service, or your access, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the product.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use JobMoo after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
