Nashville Pond · Dickson, TN · Full-time · On-site $23–$26/hour (~$48,000–$55,000) Nashville Pond helps Middle Tennessee ponds stay healthy — treatments, aeration, pumps, and fountains done right. We're hiring a local Pond Management Service Tech to treat ponds, support pump and aeration sales/install, and help run field routes. You need to already be in the area — no relocation. What you'll do - Perform field treatments on ponds and lakes (aquatic vegetation and related services) - Support sales and installation of pump, fountain, and aeration equipment - Help manage routes and day-to-day field work with the team - Work toward (or hold) Tennessee commercial aquatic pesticide credentials; company pays for license tests and requirements - Show up for customers on-site the way the team at Nashville Pond is known for Schedule & base - Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. - Start from our Dickson shop - Standard holidays off - Overnight travel is rare; some trade shows or jobs may require it Pay & benefits - $23–$26/hour (~$48k–$55k), based on experience and credentials - Company van and treatment tools provided - Company phone - Fixed health care reimbursement (amount discussed at hire) - 90-day probation - Sales commission discussed after you've proven commitment (not in the starting offer) - Retention bonus after 2 years (details at hire) Must-haves - Fishery Science 4-year degree, or equivalent recognized by the State of Tennessee for chemical-application oversight - Valid Tennessee driver's license and clean background check - Live within 30–45 minutes of the Dickson shop - Willing to obtain/maintain TN commercial aquatic applicator credentials (C05 / APC path); company covers test and licensing costs - Comfortable with outdoor field work, customer-facing sales/install support, and route teamwork Nice-to-haves - Already hold TN aquatic/commercial applicator credentials - Hands-on pond/lake treatment or aeration/fountain experience - Prior route or small-team lead experience Start: November 2026 (exact date TBD) How to apply: Email your resume to info@nashvillepond.com with subject line Pond Management Service Tech.
