🦝 Wildlife Removal Technician / Sales Professional Location: Orlando / Central Florida Dr. Critter, a leading Central Florida wildlife removal company, is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Wildlife Removal Technician / Sales Professional to join our growing team. This is more than a traditional wildlife removal position. You’ll be the face of our company in the field—solving wildlife problems, protecting homes and businesses, educating customers, and generating sales. If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, interacting with customers, and having the opportunity to directly influence your income, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do • Perform professional wildlife removal services, including trapping, eviction, exclusion, and relocation. • Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify wildlife entry points, damage, and potential problems. • Develop and present solutions that protect customers’ homes and businesses from wildlife. • Educate customers about wildlife behavior, prevention, exclusion, and property protection. • Identify additional service opportunities and generate sales from your inspections and customer interactions. • Build strong relationships with customers through professional communication and exceptional service. • Maintain traps, tools, vehicles, and other Company equipment in excellent working condition. • Complete accurate job notes, service agreements, photographs, and other required documentation. • Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, management, and other technicians. • Work independently while maintaining the high standards and professionalism expected by Dr. Critter. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: • Self-motivated and driven to succeed • Comfortable talking with customers and asking for the sale • Professional, dependable, and trustworthy • A strong communicator with excellent customer-service skills • Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field • Able to learn and apply wildlife removal techniques and safety procedures • Comfortable climbing ladders, entering attics, and working in confined or physically demanding spaces • Able to work outdoors in Florida’s heat and changing weather conditions • Available for occasional weekends, evenings, and after-hours service when needed • A safe and responsible driver with a valid driver’s license Experience Previous wildlife removal, pest control, construction, roofing, sales, or other field-service experience is a plus—but we are willing to train the right person. The most important qualities are work ethic, reliability, integrity, professionalism, and the desire to succeed.
